Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Grease a loaf tin and set aside.2. In a bowl, cream together castor sugar and eggs till light and fluffy. Add melted ice cream and beat till well incorporated. 3. Sift together flour and baking powder into the mixture. Add chocolate chips and fold till well mixed.4. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin, and sprinkle some chocolate chips. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.5. De-mould and drizzle chocolate sauce on top. Slice and serve.
