Ingredients
Cubed raw thotapuri mango
Green chillies: 2 to 3
Garlic cloves: 4 to 5
Grated coconut: 1/3 cup
Hing dissolved in water
Few sprigs mint leaves
Salt to taste
Water
Sesame seed oil: 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Hing powder

Method Of Preparation
Blend mango with chilli, garlic, coconut, salt, hing and some mint. Use water as required for blending.
Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and hing. Pour over prepared chutney.
