1 Cucumber thinly sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Yellow onion
12 oz Salami
4 oz goat cheese
6 oz Sheeps milk cheese
1/2 tbsp salt + pepper
1/2 tbsp basil
1 Cup mild pepper rings
Greek Vinaigrette
