Janga Janga Kakwa tribe special food recipe Juba, South Sudan

Janga Janga is a delicacy of the Kakwa tribe of South Sudan. This meal is made using crushed black eyed peas, and the Nyete (the leaves of the black eyed peas) cooked with some onions and tomatoes and Kombo. It is a unique taste. Come and see many traditional cooking methods from using a stone grinder, to a winnower, and a clay stove in cooking this meal.
