Finely chop onion, green chilli, tomato and coriander leaves.2. Take jawla in a large bowl, add the chopped onion, green chilli, tomato and coriander leaves. Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder and mix well.3. Add gram flour and ¾ cup water and mix well. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Drizzle a little oil and let it heat up.5. Add a portion of the jawla mixture and lightly spread it to make a pancake. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Gently flip and continue to cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.6. Take the pan off the heat and transfer the jawla pancake on a serving plate.
