Hariyali Jhinga or Shrimp green curry, is a dry dish made with shrimp/ prawns blended and cooked in fresh green herbs and spices made of fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies to give a nice green color to the dish.

INGREDIENTS
Shrimp 250 g
Onion chopped (medium size) 1 n
Oil 2 tb
Salt to taste
Turmeric Pinch
Mint leaves ½ b
Coriander leaves 1 b
Green chilly 4 n
Ginger garlic paste 1 ts
Coriander powder 1ts
Curry leaves chopped 2 springs
Lime juice 1 tb

Directions:
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, saute onions till brown in colour, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, cook this till raw flavor is gone,then add coriander powder, paste of coriander, mint, green chilly, cook it for some time, add chopped curry leaves, shrimp mix it well. Add pepper powder put the lid on and let it cook for 2 minutes, at last add garam masala powder, mix it and switch off the flame and squeeze lime juice.
