Kala channa is an incredible source of vitamins and minerals and is beneficial in boosting the immune system.That is why we should eat kala channa sabzi in regular intervals,before making the channa gravy we must soak them in water for couple of hours
Ingredients-
1 cup kala channa rinsed 2-3times and soakin water for 8 hours or over night
Salt 1/2 tps
Bay leaves-2
2-black cardamom
While boiling in cooker
For gravy-
Onions-2
Ginger-1-1/2inch
Garlic-5to 6
Green chilli-2
Green coriander few stings
Salt-3/4 tsp
Haldi-1/2 tsp
Red chilli
