I'm missing the yummy roadside chat but can't take a risk to go out and enjoy it. Thought of making chat at home using katori made with refined flour stuffed with sprouts and my favourite chutneys. Have a look and try it yourself.

Ingredients:

For katori

Maida- 1.5 Cup
Salt
Carom seeds- 1/4 tsp
Oil- 2Tbsp

For stufing

Sprouts-1 bowl
Potato- 1 boiled
Boiled Sweet corn
Oinion
tomatoe
Cumin powder- 1tsp
chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
black salt
red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
coriander & mint leaves
Lemon juice
