Ingredients

1½ cups dried small shrimps
2 tbsps coconut oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1½ tsps red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
¼ cup chopped raw mango

Method

1. Heat coconut oil in a kadai, add dried shrimps and sauté for 3-4 minutes or till golden brown. Take the kadai off the heat and set aside.
2. Take onions on a plate, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
3. Add tamarind pulp and mix.
4. Transfer the dried shrimps in onions mixture and add raw mango and mix. Transfer into serving bowl and serve as required.
