Heat coconut oil in a kadai, add dried shrimps and sauté for 3-4 minutes or till golden brown. Take the kadai off the heat and set aside.2. Take onions on a plate, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.3. Add tamarind pulp and mix.4. Transfer the dried shrimps in onions mixture and add raw mango and mix.
