Take refined flour in a bowl. Add cornflour, dried mixed herbs, garlic powder, Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and salt.2. Add 2 cups chilled water and whisk well. Add baking soda and mix well.3. Add corn kernels and mix well.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop small portions of mixture in oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.5. Drain on an absorbent paper.
