Laccha Paratha is multi-layered Indian flat bread from Kerala region of India. This is a very easy and delicious step by step recipe for making Lacha paratha from home. It goes very well North Indian dishes or dal. And this can be prepared with both wheat flour and all-purpose flour.

Ingredients:
1.5 Cups whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup all purpose flour
2 Tbsp yogurt
1 Tbsp oil/ghee + greasing
Salt to taste
Warm water as required
