Mutton stew cooked traditionally combining the juicy cubes of lamb or mutton tossed in seasoned flour, browned & blended with array of veggies like the potatoes, leeks, carrots and celery in one big hearty pot. This rich stew consists of tender lamb pieces in a thick vegetable and tomato sauce.
