LEFTOVER RICE THALIPETH

Ingredients
1½ cup leftover rice
½ cup sorghum (jowar) flour
½ cup whole wheat flour (atta)
½ cup finger millet (nachni) flour
2 tbsps gram flour (besan)
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 small onion, chopped
¾ cup chopped fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
Oil for drizzling

Method
1. Take rice in a bowl, add jowar flour, whole wheat flour nachni flour, besan, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, methi, onion and mix well.
2. Add 1 cup water and form it into a soft dough. Take a tawa, add a portion of the dough, dip your fingers in water and spread it into a thick disc. Make holes in the center.
3. Place the tawa on heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat, flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on other side or until golden.
4. Serve hot with green chutney and white butter.
