Use a fork to poke 8 to 10 sets of holes in the skins of each potato for ventilation. Rub a small amount of olive oil on each potato. Season generously with salt and wrap each potato tightly in aluminum foil.3 Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet to catch any juices that may leak out. Bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are soft.4 Carefully remove the potatoes from the oven and unwrap them.
