Lobiya Pulao

instant pulao made with black-eyed beans or lobiya. this is a perfect lunch recipe.

Ingredients Quantity
Boiled Lobia 1 cup
Refined oil 2 tbsp.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Dry red Chillies 3-4 nos.
Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp.
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp.
Chopped Onion 1 nos.
Chopped Tomatoes 2 nos.
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp.
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp.
Garam Masala 1 tsp.
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp.
Chopped Green chillies 2-3 nos.
Lemon Juice ¼ lemon
Boiled Rice 4-5 cup
Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp.

Method of Preparation.
1 Boil lobiya and Preserve the water And let it cool
2 In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and Dry red chillies
3 Once the cumin crackles and add ginger, garlic and sauté well
4 add chopped onion and cook further for a minutes.
5 Add chopped Tomato and saute for while.
6 Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder and green chilies
7 Add the boiled lobiya along with the water and let it boil
8 add lemon juice of ¼ lemon
9 Add Boiled rice and garnish with Chopped Coriander & add coriander sprig and serve hot
