Ingredients

2 tsp Oil
1/4th cup Urad Dal
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
8-9 Curry Leaves
1 small chopped Onion
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 cup Green Peas
1 cup chopped Carrots
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1 cup Water
Cooked
Barley and Dalia Mixture
Coriander for garnish.

Method

- Heat oil in the pan, add Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves and Saute it well.
- Now add chopped Onion, once the onion is cooked add minced Garlic, Green Peas, Carrots and saute it well.
- Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Water and mix it. Cover it with lid and let it cook for 10 mins.
- Open the lid stir the veggies and then add Barley and Dalia Mixture to it. Stir and mix all together.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve it hot.
