Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients2 tsp Oil1/4th cup Urad Dal1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds8-9 Curry Leaves1 small chopped Onion2 cloves minced Garlic1 cup Green Peas1 cup chopped Carrots 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder1/2 tsp Turmeric PowderSalt to Taste1 cup WaterCooked Barley and Dalia MixtureCoriander for garnish. Method- Heat oil in the pan, add Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves and Saute it well.- Now add chopped Onion, once the onion is cooked add minced Garlic, Green Peas, Carrots and saute it well.- Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Water and mix it. Cover it with lid and let it cook for 10 mins.- Open the lid stir the veggies and then add Barley and Dalia Mixture to it. Stir and mix all together. - Garnish it with coriander and serve it hot.
