Chakodi is a famous South Indian snack item. It is a crispy and crunchy item. It is prepared mostly in the states of Telangana, AndhraPradesh. It is also known by many names such as Ring muruku.

Ingredients:
1 cup Rice Flour
1 cup Water
1-1/2 to 2 tbsp Split Yellow Moong dal / Pesara pappu / Mung Dal / Pasiparuppu
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Ghee or oil
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
