Manchow soup one of the most ordered Indo Chinese soup in restaurants, here is a quick recipe by Chef Harpal SIngh Sokhi which you can make it at home and share with your family, easy step by step method....

Manchow soup

Ingredients:
Mushroom Chopped 3-4 nos
Onion Chopped 1 small
Carrot Chopped 1 small
Chopped Cabbage – ¼ cup
Ginger Chopped 1 tsp
Gralic chopped 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 2-3 no
Celery Chopped 1 ½ tsp
Capsicum Chopped – 1 tbsp
Corn Kernels – 2 tbsp
French Beans Chopped 2 tbsp
Spring onion Chopped – 2tbsp
Black pepper Crushed – 1tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Slurry – 8 tbsp(corn flour 2 tbsp +water 4 tbsp)
Fried Noodles – for garnish
Water 4 cups
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp

Method:-
Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic, green chilli and celery and sauté well. Now add chopped onion and sauté until transparent.
Then add cabbage chopped, carrot, capsicum, corn, french beans and mushroom and sauté for 1-2 mints.
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Now add 4 cups of water and mix well.
Now add soya sauce, vinegar and mix well.
Add slurry and bring the soup to a boil . Lastly add chopped spring onion mix well.
Remove it in a serving bowl, garnish with fried noodles and spring onion and serve hot.
