Ingredients:

1 cup water
¾ tsp grated ginger
2-3 cardamom pods
3-4 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
2-3 black pepper
1 tsp tea leaves (DARJEELING TEA)
Sugar as required
½ cup Milk

Method:

- Crush all the spices coarsely and heat along with water. When it comes to a boil, add tea leaves and allow boiling for 2 minutes.
- Add milk and simmer for 2 minutes along with sugar.
- Strain and pour.
