Matar ke kabab-Green Peas Cutlet-

Matar Ke Kabab Is one of the Tastiest snack in India, but the best time to eat this snack is winter, because fresh peas comes on winter time. One more good thing about this snacks is that the snacks is purely VEGAN. So what are you waiting for try this if you like.

Ingredients:-
Green Peas 1 Cup
Rice flour 1/4 Cup
Semolina 1/4 cup
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Green Chilies 2 nos
Ginger 1"
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coriander/Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil/Ghee as per required

Method:
Step-1.Take fresh Peas, Garlic, Ginger and Chiles and Grind the together.
Step-2. Now take a mixing bowl then add Rice Flour, Semolina, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander/Cumin Powder and salt and mix everything to gather.
Step-3. Let the dough rest for 5 mins.
Step-4. Now take small portion of the dough then give cutlet shape.
Step-5. Now its up to you how you like to eat this yummy cutlet, you can deep fry this or shallow fry.
