Matcha Milk Mochi
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
200ml of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
40g of potato starch
1 tablespoon of matcha powder
2 tablespoons of hot water

PREPARATION
1.Dissolve matcha powder in hot water.

2.In a frying pan, mix together milk, sugar, and the dissolved matcha powder. Once the sugar is dissolved, add potato starch and stir continuously until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.

3.Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
