Minty Chocolate | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Creamy milk chocolate with minty flavour served with crushed dark chocolate cookies. Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe.

MINTY CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

¼ cup roughly chopped mint leaves
1 cup chopped white chocolate
½ cup fresh cream
Crushed dark chocolate cookies as required
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add mint leaves, mix and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
2. Take the chocolate in a bowl.
3. Strain the cream mixture into the bowl and heat in the microwave for 15 seconds. Mix well till smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Fill a piping bag fitted with a nozzle with the cream mixture.
5. Place a spoonful of crushed biscuits in individual shot glasses. Pipe in a layer of the cream mixture. Top with another spoonful of crushed biscuits.
6. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
