20 Minute Meal Prep

SAVE this 20 min high protein sheet pan meal prep

Ingredients
18oz grass fed steak
1 packet of taco seasoning (we love @sietefoods)
1 yellow onion
3 bell peppers
2 limes
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onion
Tortillas
Avocado/guacamole (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. While preheating, slice peppers, onions, and steak fajita style.
3. Arrange veggies onto a baking sheet.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the sheet pan, add taco seasoning mix and mix well with your hands or tongs.
5. Bake at 400 for 17-20 minutes.
6. Add guac, or avocado, grab tortillas of Choice and you have lunch all week.
