MOLTEN MARBLE CAKEIngredients½ cup refined flour1 cup chopped dark chocolate8 tablespoons peanut butter½ cup butter4 eggs6 tablespoons powdered sugar1 tablespoon cocoa powder + for dusting ½ teaspoon baking powderMethod1. Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with individual silicon cupcake moulds.2. Fill a piping bag with peanut butter.3. Combine chocolate and butter in a microwave proof bowl and melt in microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and mix well.4. Break eggs in another bowl. Add powdered sugar and whisk using an electric beater. Add melted chocolate-butter mixture and whisk. 5. Sieve together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the egg mixture and fold well to make a smooth batter. 6. Pour the batter into the moulds filling ½ of it and pipe out some peanut butter in the center. Pour remaining batter on top filling ¾ of the moulds.7. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.8. Place a fork on one side of a serving platter, dust some cocoa powder on top and remove the fork to create its impression. 9.
