Why not give it a try?MONGOLIAN CHICKENIngredients 400 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips ¼ cup cornflour Salt to tasteWhite pepper powder to taste 2 tablespoons oil + for deep-frying2-3 spring onion bulbs, chopped 1 tablespoon ginger paste5-6 garlic cloves, sliced1 tablespoon light soya sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 3-4 fresh red chillies, slitSalt to taste 1 stalk spring onion greens, sliced + for garnishing Method 1. Mix together cornflour, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Add chicken strips and mix well. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken strips till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 3. Heat oil in a non-stick deep-pan. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for a minute. 4. Add ginger paste and garlic, mix and sauté till fragrant.5. Add soya sauce and brown sugar, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add red chillies, stir and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add fried chicken strips, salt, pepper powder and spring onion greens. Mix well, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. 6.
