A yummy sabzi for a lazy afternoon lunch.MOOLI AUR PATTE KI SUBZIIngredients8-10 radishes with leaves(mooli), chopped4 tbsps oil1 tsp mustard seedsA pinch of asafoetida3 green chillies, chopped2 spring onion, choppedSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder4 tbsps gram flourMethod1. Heatoil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, let the seeds splutter. Add asafoetida and green chillies, mix well.2. Add spring onion, radish leaves, and mix well. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes, sautéing constantly. 3. Add radish and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well. 4. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add gram flour and mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or till the radishes are cooked completely.5.
