Pair it with steamed rice and enjoy a hearty meal!MOONG SPROUT CURRYIngredients1½ cups sprouted green moong1 medium onion2 tsps oil½ tsp mustard seeds1 tsp cumin seedsA pinch of asafoetida8-10 curry leaves1 tsp Tata Sampann Coriander PowderSalt to taste1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp goda masala1 tbsp chopped jaggery½ cup scrapped coconut + for garnish2 tbsps fresh coriander chopped + for garnishSteam rice for servingMethod1. Chop onions and set aside.2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add mustard seeds and once it splutters add cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and onions, sauté till golden brown in colour.3. Add Tata Sampann Coriander Powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, goda masala, moong sprouts and 2½ cups water, allow to boil.4. Add jaggery and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add coconut and coriander, mix well.5.
