Motherly chicken rice with a special chilli sauce Thailand Chicken Rice Singapore Hawker Food

The single mom, May, stepped out on her own 2 years ago to earn a living as a hawker. For a newbie, it was very challenging at the beginning. But fortunately, she was blessed with the help of established neighbouring hawker stall owners who recommended her chicken rice to their patrons.

May does everything on her own, from preparing, cooking, taking orders, to serving. She also makes her own Thai-style chilli sauce that's tangy and spicy that pairs perfectly with her deep-fried chicken.
