Preparation Time: 30 Mins
Cooking Time: 15-20 Mins
Serves - 4
Ingredients:
Vegetables to Boil:
Potatoes: 2 Sliced (Big size)
Cauliflower: 1 Cup
Green Peas: 1/2 Cup
Water: 1/2 Cup
Salt as per taste

For Pavbhaji Masala:
Oil/Butter: 3 Tbsp
Onion: 1 Bug Sized Chopped
Garlic: 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
Ginger: 1 Tsp (Chopped)
Tomatoes: 2 Big sized (Chopped)
Pav bhaji Masala: 1 Tbsp Or 10 Grams
Capsicum: 1/4th Cup (Chopped)
Boiled Green peas
Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp
Water: 1/2 Cup
Boiled Veggies (Cauliflower & Potatoes)
Salt as per Taste
Butter (For Serving)
