A quick and simple recipe to make delicious mushroom peas pulao.MUSHROOM PEAS PULAOIngredients 15 fresh button mushrooms, quartered ½ cup frozen green peas1½ cups basmati rice, soaked 2 teaspoons oil1 bay leaf 4-6 black peppercorns 1 large onion, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 3 cups vegetable stock Salt to tasteMethod 1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add bay leaf and peppercorns and sauté for a minute. 2. Add onion and ginger garlic paste, sauté till onions are golden brown in colour. Add mushrooms and cook till golden brown.3. Add rice and sauté, for a minute. Add peas, vegetable stock and salt, mix well. When the mixture comes to a boil, cover and cook till rice is done. 4.
