This 15 minute ragu, is quick and easy and can be customised to suit your budget, using mix of button and Swiss browns as a weeknight dish, or wild mushrooms as a weekend indulgence.
Combining the flavours of onion, garlic, chilli, mushroom with white wine and mushrooms, this ragu is perfect accompanied by San Remo traditional Egg pappardelle.
