A must try !MUTTON MUSHROOMIngredients500 gms boneless mutton, cut into pieces12-15 button mushrooms, cut into halves2 medium onions2 tbsps oil4 green chillies1 tsp chopped ginger1 tsp chopped garlic1 large potato, peeled½ tsp turmeric powder2 tsps coriander powder3 tsps red chilli powder2 medium tomatoes, finely choppedSalt to taste2 tsps garam masala powder1 tsp whole wheat flourMethod1. Halve onions and slice.2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add sliced onions and saute.3. Roughly chop green chillies and add alongwith ginger and garlic, mix and sauté well.4. Add mutton, mix and cook on high heat. 5. Roughly chop potato and add alongwith turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well.6. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and 2 cups water and mix well. Add salt and garam masala powder and mix well.7. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add water as required and mix well into a smooth slurry. Add this to the cooker and mix well. Cover and pressure cook till the mutton is fully done.8. Serve hot.
