Shikanji
Ingredients for Shakanji Masala:
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Black peppercorns 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Gur Sharbat:
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Water as required
Lemon juice 1 ½ tbsp.
Chia seeds (soaked) 2 tbsp
Ice cubes 3-4
Lemon slices 2

Ingredients for Shikanji:
Shikanji masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 ½ tbsp.
Ice cubes 3-4
Mint leaves 1 tbsp
Soda water 1 glass

Directions for Shikanji Masala Preparation:
1. In a preheated pan add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns and roast for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
2. In a grinder add the roasted seeds, black salt, salt and grind into fine powder. Set aside.
Directions for Gur Sharbat Preparation:
3. In a glass add jiggery, 4 tbsp water. Mix it well to dissolve jaggery.
4. Now add lemon juice, chia seeds, ice cubes, lemon slices and mix well. your Gur Sharbat is ready.
Directions for Shikanji Preparation:
5. In a glass add shikanji masala, lemon juice, ice cubes, soda water, mint leaves and mix well. Your Shikanji is ready.
