We are making Ninjin Shirishiri, Okinawan home cooking. We highly recommend this for people who don’t like carrot.

How to make Ninjin Shirishiri

120g Carrot (4.2 oz)
40g Canned Tuna in Oil (1.4 oz)
1 Egg (seasoned with a sprinkle of salt)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt
3 tbsp Bonito Flakes (optional)

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
