Although Durga Pujo has ended but you can make this recipe now and enjoy the prashad! #KaliPujorNiramishMangsho #VegetarianMutton #ChefAnanyaBanerjee #DurgaPujaSpecial Click here to subscribe to my channel- http://bit.ly/SubscribetoChefAnanyaBanerjeeIngredients:• 500 gms Mutton • 1tsp turmeric powder • 1tsp red chilli powder • 1tsp cumin powder • 1tsp coriander powder • 1 cup yogurt • ½ cup raw papaya paste• ½ tbsp ginger paste • ½ tsp black pepper powder • Cardamom-3-4 whole pieces • Cinnamon-2-3 Small pieces • 2 Bay leaves• 1tsp garam masala powder • Tsp ghee• 6-7 tbsp mustard oil • Salt to taste Method:1. Marinade to Mutton pieces with yogurt, papaya paste turmeric, coriander and cumin powder with the 1tbsp raw mustard oil and salt for 2 hours.2. Peel the skin of the potato and keep it aside.3. Make a paste using some water with ginger paste, coriander powder chilly powder and turmeric block pepper powder and mix well and keep aside. 4. Heat up 4tbs oil and ghee in a pan add bay leaf cardamom, cinnamon and sugar and dry red chilly. Let the sugar caramelizes. Now add the marinated Mutton pieces and stir-fry on a high for 3-4 minutes.5. Pour in 3cup of water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
