Do try !OATS MINI ROTISIngredients¾ cup coarsely ground oats3-4 tablespoons whole wheat flour + for dustingSalt to taste1 teaspoon chaat masala¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 medium onion, finely chopped2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesGhee for bastingMethod1. Combine oats, whole wheat flour, salt, chaat masala, turmeric powder and chilli powder in a bowl and mix. Add onion, chopped coriander and mix well.2. Add some warm water and knead into a semi soft dough. Cover with cling film and set aside for 15-20 minutes.3. Heat a non-stick tawa.4. Divide the dough into equal large portions. 5. Dust worktop with some flour and roll out each portion into a thick sheet. Cut into roundels using a small cookie cutter.6. Roast each mini rotis on hot tawa from both sides on low heat till golden and crisp, basting with ghee.7.
