Tis the season - don't miss out and only use apples for sweet treats! Apples are delicious with chicken! I chose not to season with cinnamon, but instead, rosemary. Rosemary pairs very well with apple. The best part, I made this recipe to be prepared in 1 pan, because who doesn't like 1 pan meals?!
