So often we focus on DOING more to fix a problem that we have; DOING something to change our emotional eating or binge eating behavior. But through my own direct experience and working with clients, Ive found whats more important is learning how to BE with whatevers happening.When were on autopilot, behaviors happen automatically. But when were present, we can make CHOICES with conscious awareness. Its a simple shiftfrom autopilot to awarenessbut its by no means easy.So this year, instead of stressing about holiday eating behaviors, I encourage you to get curious and see what its like to become aware.
