Palak Paneer is a traditional North Indian delicacy and is an integral part of the Punjabi cuisine. It is also one of my favourite dishes. This Indian dish combines fresh spinach and ricotta in a creamy curry. I am using frozen spinach since I planed to make this dish all of a sudden...Enjoy
