pan fried momos | schezwan pan fried veg dumplings | chilli garlic momos |Preparation Time: 20 mins Cooking Time: 15 mins Total Time: 35 mins Makes 4 servings.IngredientsFor Pan Fried Momos12 momos2 tbsp oil2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies1/4 cup finely chopped carrot1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage3/4 cup onion cubes3/4 cup capsicum cubes2 tbsp schezwan chutney2 tbsp red chilli sauce1 tsp soy sauce1 tbsp tomato ketchup1/4 cup cornflour slurrysalt to tastespring onions for garnishoil for deep frying.MethodFor pan fried momosTo make pan fried momos, deep fry the momos until golden brown and crisp.
