PANCIT PALABOK RECIPE CRISPY VERSION

I tried making pancit palabok differently. This time, I made the noodles extra crispy and poured the sauce over it. It also had all the toppings. Here are the ingredients:

250 grams rice vermicelli (sotanghon)
2 cups cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 teaspoons annatto powder
1 Knorr Shrimp Cube
2 tablespoons smoked fish flakes (tinapa flakes)
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
teaspoon onion powder
2 cups water
Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste
Topping Ingredients:
cup pork rinds, crushed
3 hard boiled eggs, wedged
12 shrimp cooked
cup green onion, chopped
3 tablespoons toasted garlic
1 lemon wedged
