For Paneer Butter Masala (पनीर बटर मसाला )

INGREDIENT

Cottage cheese (पनीर ) - 200 gm
Onion (प्याज) – 2 large (chopped)
Tomato (टमाटर) - 4 large (grated)
Butter (मक्खन) - 2 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) - 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 2-3
Black Cardamom (काली इलायची) - 1
Cinnamon (दालचीनी ) - 1/2 inch
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 8-10
Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1tsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1 tsp
Salt (नमक) - 2 tsp or as per taste
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 2 chopped
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi कसूरी मेथी - 2 tsp
Oil (तेल ) - to fry
