Papad Churi | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A scrumptious dish to eat as a snack or accompany your lunch or dinner.
PAPAD CHURI

Ingredients

6 Bikaner moong dal papad
½ tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp melted ghee

Method

1. Roast the papads evenly on medium flame and set aside to cool slightly. Crush the roasted papads roughly and add them to a bowl.
2. Add red chilli powder, salt, chopped coriander, onion, ghee, mix well. Serve immediately.
