Peanut Butter Chocolates | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Delicious home made chocolate stuffed with peanut butter.

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATES - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

¾ cup peanut butter
2 cups melted dark chocolate
½ cup castor sugar
½ cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon butter
Coarsely crushed peanuts as required

Method

1. To prepare caramel sauce, heat castor sugar in a non-stick pan and cook till it caramelizes. Add cream, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add butter and mix till it melts.
2. Fill a plastic chocolate mould tray with melted dark chocolate and pour it back into the melted chocolate bowl and remove excess using a scrapper. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
3. Fill 2 different piping bags with caramel sauce and peanut butter.
4. Pipe out some caramel sauce in each mould filling 1/4th of it. Put some crushed peanuts on top. Pipe out peanut butter filling 3/4th of it and tap.
5. Fill the remaining mould with remaining melted dark chocolate and tap. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
6. Demould and serve.
