Delicious home made chocolate stuffed with peanut butter.PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATES - (Serves - 4)Ingredients¾ cup peanut butter 2 cups melted dark chocolate½ cup castor sugar½ cup fresh cream1 tablespoon butterCoarsely crushed peanuts as requiredMethod1. To prepare caramel sauce, heat castor sugar in a non-stick pan and cook till it caramelizes. Add cream, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add butter and mix till it melts.2. Fill a plastic chocolate mould tray with melted dark chocolate and pour it back into the melted chocolate bowl and remove excess using a scrapper. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.3. Fill 2 different piping bags with caramel sauce and peanut butter.4. Pipe out some caramel sauce in each mould filling 1/4th of it. Put some crushed peanuts on top. Pipe out peanut butter filling 3/4th of it and tap.5. Fill the remaining mould with remaining melted dark chocolate and tap. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.6. Demould and serve.
