You cannot miss this one !PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKEIngredients2 cups refined flour1 cup (400 grams) Milkmaid1 cup butter1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 teaspoon baking soda75 ml pineapple juice100 grams tinned pineapple, chopped2 cups refined flour2 tablespoon milk½ cup brown sugar4 tinned pineapple slice for garnishMethod1. Preheat oven at 180°C.2. Take Milkmaid in a bowl. Add butter, vanilla essence and whisk well.3. Add baking soda and whisk well, add 75 ml pineapple juice, pineapple and whisk again.4. Add refined flour into 4 part, little milk whisk well and Mix well into a smooth batter.5. In a grease cake mould add brown sugar spread evenly, place pineapple slices and Pour batter into it and tap lightly.6. Put the mould in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.7. Remove mould from oven and demould the cake. Set aside for ½ an hour.8.
