Pinoy Spaghetti | How to Cook Filipino Style Sweet Spaghetti | Panlasang Pinoy

Pinoy spaghetti is a Filipino version of spaghetti with meat sauce. The difference between this and the other spaghetti dishes are quite obvious. There are extra ingredients in this spaghetti recipe version such as red hotdogs (this is common in the Philippines), brown sugar, and banana ketchup (this is not common, here is a link for more information about this condiment https://panlasangpinoy.com/2009/06/04/how-to-make-banana-catsup/).

The Pinoy spaghetti version has a sweet taste. This recipe makes use of tomato sauce and tomato paste. Other traditional recipes only use ketchup alone as the sauce.

This cooking video demo showcases the following ingredients: Spaghetti, banana ketchup, tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, ground pork and beef, Filipino red htdogs, brown sugar, onion, cheddar cheese
