Popular recipe of poha with the addition of sprouts and pomegranate pearls.POHA DELIGHTIngredients3 cups pressed rice (poha)2 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon cumin seeds¼ teaspoon asafoetida3-4 curry leaves2 green chillies, slit1 medium onion, finely choppedSalt to taste ½ teaspoon turmeric powder¾ cup bean sprouts2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander ½ cup fresh pomegranate pearls Method1. Put the pressed rice in a sieve and place it over a bowl. Pour sufficient water over it so that the pressed rice is well dampened. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies and sauté for a minute.3. Add onion and a little salt and mix well, cover and cook till the onion turns golden brown.4. Add turmeric powder and a little water and mix well. Add the pressed rice and a little salt and mix well.5. Add bean sprouts and quarter cup water and mix well. Cover and cook for five to seven minutes.6. Add one tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well.7.
