Soya granules and potato fry is a pure vegetarian dish. It can be served with roti, chapathi or rice.INGREDIENTS:Oil 2 tbsMustard seeds ½ tspUrad dal ½ tspCurry leaves 1 spring Onions(chopped) ½ cupGinger(chopped) 1/ tspPotatoes(chopped) 1 cupTurmeric powder ¼ tspRed chilly powder ½ tspSoya granules ½ cupCoriander powder ¼ tspPepper powder ¼ tspCoriander leaves(chopped) 1 tbsLime juice 1 tspMETHOD:1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and saute it.2. To it add chopped onions, ginger, chopped potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, soya granules, coriander powder and saute it, cook ir for 2 mins.3. Later remove lid and add pepper powder, coriander leaves,cook it until it is done.4. Atlast add lime juice and toss it.5.
