Try it!PROTEIN PULAOIngredients150 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into1 inch cubes100 grams soya chunks, soaked in milk1½ cups basmati rice, soaked and drained1 tbsp ghee4-5 black peppercorns1 bay leaf3-4 cloves2 green cardamoms1 tsp cumin seeds1 inch ginger1 large onion, sliced1 large tomato, slicedSalt to taste8-10 button mushrooms, quartered 1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp Tata Sampann Paneer Masala2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesFresh coriander sprig for garnishRaita to serveMethod1. Heat in a deep non-stick pan, add black peppercorns, bay leaf, cloves, green cardamoms and cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant.2. Add ginger and sauté for a minute. Add onion and sauté till golden brown. 3. Add tomato and salt and mix well. Add mushrooms and mix, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and Tata Sampann Paneer Masala and mix well.4. Add soya chunks and reserve the milk and mix till well combined, add basmati rice and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.5. Mix together the reserved milk and water to get 2½ cups of the liquid. Add the prepared liquid in the pan, cover and cook till the mixture comes to a boil.6. Add cottage cheese cubes and gently mix, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes. 7. Transfer on to a serving plate and garnish with coriander sprig. Serve hot with raita.
