GOOSEBERRY(Amla)CHUTNEY
Superfood Vitamin C rich chutney
Ingredients:
Gooseberry(Amla) - 5 pcs
Coriander leaves - 3 cups
Green chilli - 3
Ginger -1/2 inch
Hing - 1/4th tsp
Roasted jeera powder - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
Rock salt to taste
Water - 2 tbsp

Quinoa Falafels
Ingredients:
Chickpeas(soaked overnight) – 1 cup
Boiled quinoa – 1 cup
Paneer – ½ cup grated
Green chilli – 1
Garlic – 8 cloves
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Gram flour(Besan) – 4 tbsp
Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp chopped
Oregano – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4th tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for roasting
